Relaxation Skills

Are you feeling tired, stressed out and anxious? Do you have difficulty quieting your mind and relaxing? This series of five workshops is for you!

You can come to one or all – We will cover diaphragmatic breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, auotogenics, meditation and guided imagery. Each workshop will have a bit of teaching at the beginning, and then we will practice the skills we have learned.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, as we will be sitting/lying on the floor.

If you wish to participate, please contact the PSC so we can arrange for sufficient space for all. When we have enough interested persons signed up, we will begin meeting.
