There are a number of websites and apps designed to promote mental health and wellbeing. While the PSC does not endorse nor receive benefits from any website or app developers, we have assembled a partial list of those that we and/or our clients have found helpful. Please note that an app is not a substitute for person-to-person communication; however, we recognize that our clients are busy and may not always be able to access a therapist when needed, or that sometimes an electronic aid might be just what you are looking for.
